Author Guidelines
Please read the author's guidelines for the preparation manuscript. The author who submits a manuscript should comply with the author's guidelines and template. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or using a different format, it will be rejected before being reviewed.
General Requirements
- Submitted Manuscripts should be manuscripts which have not been published or are under consideration elsewhere.
- The manuscript must be sent through Online Submission
- The citations and references should follow the American Psychological Association (APA) 6thEdition Please use Reference Manager Applications like EndNote, Mendeley, Zotero, etc.
- Manuscripts must writed in English, arabic or bahasa Indonesia.
- Make sure that the manuscript is prepared using the Article Template.
Article types
Peradaban Journal of Economics and Business receives manuscripts in an original research manuscripts, review manuscripts and book review.
Review articles.
These papers provide a reports, discussions and critical analysis of important and new topics related to economics and business. It discusses previous development from the topic and gives an overview of the future. Its format includes an introduction and followed by necessary subsections
Original research
manuscripts, which is an article that reports detailed research and classified as primary literature. Its format includes an introduction and background problems, review of literature and hypotheses development, research method, results, interpretations of findings, discussion, and conclusion.
Book Review
We welcome reviews about academic books, monographs or edited volumes, policy publications, or reviews on past works that are relevant for re-engaging in theory, policy, and practice related to contemporary issues in economic and business.
Article Format
Manuscripts must be typed in MS Word, 12-pt font; 1,15-spaced on A4-sized. The word limit for the submission is 4500-8000 words.The word count includes: title, abstract, full text, tables, and references.Figures and figure captions are not considered in the word count. Longer papers may be submitted and will be considered at the discretion of the editors, please justify why you are requesting greater than 8,000 word count.
Article Structure
Review Manuscripts
Title
Title written with Calibri Light Bold (18 pt) and preferably not more than 15 words. The title is followed by the authors' names, affiliation, and email. The names of authors should be written without any academic title.
Abstract
The abstract should be clear and informative, and is created in a single paragraph. The abstract should succinctly describe entire manuscripts. It explains the background of the issue, the purpose of the manuscripts, and the key points of issue discussion.
Keywords
Keywords arranged by alphabetically, separated by a semicolon (;), and 3-5 keywords that are well selected and closely related to the research topic must be provided
Introduction
The introduction should be clear and provide the issue to be discussed in the manuscript. The introduction generally contains background and context of the issue being discussed, current trends of the problem studied, and justification of the authors' reasons for reviewing the issue.
Necessary Subthemes/subsections
Following introduction, necessary sub-themes or sections can be added, depending on the topic of the manuscripts being discussed.
Conclusion
The conclusions in the review article differ slightly from the conclusions of the original research manuscripts. The conclusions generally contain the implications of the findings, the interpretation by the authors, and the identification of unresolved recital questions.

Introduction
The introduction should clearly state the purpose of the manuscripts. It includes key references to appropriate work. It states background of the study, research contexts, research gaps, and research objectives and the significant contribution of the research. The introduction should show the scientific merit or novelty of the research.
Method
The method written in descriptive, concerning the research design, data sources, research instruments, data collection, and data analysis.
Results
The results obtained from the research have to be supported by sufficient data. The research results and the discovery must be the answers of the research questions and/or hypotheses stated previously in the review of literature part.
Discussion
The discussion begin with a brief summary of the main findings. The meanings of the findings should be shown from current theories and references of the area addressed. The following components should be covered in discussion: How do the results relate to the original question or hypothesis outlined in the Introduction/review of literature section? Do you provide interpretation scientifically for each of your results or findings presented (why)? Are your results consistent with what other investigators have reported (what else)? Or are there any differences? (The proportion of the Results and the Discussion sections is 40-60% of the total article length).
Conclusion
Conclusion contains a description that should answer the objectives of research. It should state concisely the most important propositions of the manuscripts as well as the author’s views of the practical implications of the result. Give a clear explanation regarding the possible application and/or suggestions related to the research findings. You can also suggest future research and point out those that are underway. Write only one or two paragraphs for the Conclusion.

Book review
Peradaban Journal Economic and Business does not require any rigid format for conducting a book review. Reviewers should feel at liberty to approach the review in their own style with the broader aim of contextualizing the work in the literature or policy developments at the time of publication.
